I have no idea..Can't get it here..could it be an i-trip? Have you been to the top of a hill to find which direction it's coming from? I'm sure someone will know something about it somewhere..

i think its too weak for going to a big hill it only comes in on my best tuner with my outdoor aerial!..I don't think its anyone with an i-trip can't be sure. I have read about it been relayed in other areas of the country in the past, someone relaying it some where, I doubt its coming from the north pretty much rule that out, since theres nothing up there but sheep

Yeah I've read of relays too..Can't even remember where in the country it was tbh..

There are people doing little relays of net stations and so on all over the place, but might only be on for a couple of hours a day.

i’ve looked at that forum, can’t find any reference lately, there was a relay near norwich, it dose seem to come in weak without any change in signal, perhaps if theres one of them global tuners round there someone could try it!?

I get the 107.5 one here in Suffolk - very weak.

Thanks! never would of thought to look on there, explains why the signal never varies, it must be on low power, i've not that far from wakefield, wakefield is abit down in a hole.

I went out few weeks ago with personal radio, but heard nothing but rte now and again, very interesting.

Interesting that the "Sunday Groover" can hear the 107.5MHz in Suffolk. He must be up a good hill!

If it's the rig that I think it is, it's coming from >110 miles to the west(ish) of Ipswich! The guy playing around with a little 80 Watt rig used Caroline off the 'net as a test source of non-irritating content!

Far from it, the flat fenlands are just up the road!
I was led to believe it was/is a low powered relay from a town about 5 miles North of here.

Nope, it's just a local relay to me - been going solid for months.

There's also a Medium Wave transmitter down in Thanet that carries Caroline. It goes a few miles!

It's on 24/7 very low power (maybe cheap Chinese rig) and heard around J40 M1 for around a mile before vanishing!
