you are not meant to in UK & USA but what places do not care as long as you stick to a clear dial?
it would be cool to move to one these places.

Most of Africa, a few parts of South-East Asia and anywhere in Italy as long as you pay all the bribes!

I was looking into this in Morocco along the west coast.. It's still a viable option for the future..
