this is a siel exciter old version 400 mw where i try to re work it but sadly i missed the IC in the vco section i have a manual found but no components any ne have this and can help thanks .

RF-Head it was not a ca3240 but it was an LM358 
i have repaired it i think you have another model
can you shoot the exciter board tooo close please
as it seems to me a veronica NRG vco with pira PLL how di you connect the pll to it ,you tune the vco and then the pll ? because it is not a wide band .
