Im sure ive herd legals using them lower frequencies before as well. Deffo herd kiss and radio 1 on frequencies that low, i will dig out my scanner later and have a scan.

Tecsun pl600. I get about half a dozen stations lower than 87.0mhz and a minicabs firm lol

The dial is Glowing 88-108 , spin the wheel to light those Red LEDs , see signal needle rise.

Could be Raw on 87.5 as was getting them around there on a recent scan, using a scanner (Yupiteru 7100).
