Horn gain
Anyone know how to make an agd horn more powerful without putting a massive expensive waveguide on the front ? Need somthing cheap just to push more power forward. For some reason it links with a 9v battery but not with the link box. Anyone know why ?

You won't get anymore RF from a gunn diode!
The only things you can do is add a horn as you stated or use a dish at the receive end! I've been able to receive 10ghz signals 15mile miles away with adding horns or mini sky dishes.
