Did anyone listern to 2g 99.70 back in the 90s early 2000 saw the likes of stone cold gx (close friends) paleface etc I knew everyone on that station some are now on playbackuk and a few are managering and djing on select

It was only on air for a few years Im guessing those that listened to upfront must have come across it when upfront was of air as the frequency was close to 99.30 was a good garage station hatcha and ma1 also appeared on there stone cold gx started out from it

Actually I'll have to ask the owner of select but I'm sure 2g changed frequency and name to select. Select was running as a garage station on frequency 92.50 before moving to 99.30 and changing to a all house station. Sorry my memories proper shit

Select was on 89.6 before 99.3 2g fm was owned by the south london rig builder g and it was on 102.7 not 99.7

I do remember it as was close to my area in SE London... personally I only recall 1027 myself but maybe I just never noticed it elsewhere

select was on 89.6 before 993, but i also remember first hearing seclect on 103.something i think it might have been 103.4, when select were on 89.6 they even used to have a happy hardcore dj on there (right up my street)

Yeah it was palace and st was on there defo also,didnt realise they was on 99.7 I also remember select on 103.4 fuze you are right that was before 89.6

I remember 2G, a couple of friends were on there.

Also remember Select being on 103.4, that may have been where that started out actually, before moving to 89.6, and then 99.3. I have a tape of Madd B doing a show on there playing Garage, must be 2004ish.
