Are you sure it was not someone nearby with an mp3 playing on a car radio there are a lot of mp3 players around now on those low frequencies

There is a gospel station on there, I think it's a chinese sprogbox as the signal breaks up quick once you're away from the transmission area.
They're clueless too, the DJ last sunday was naming areas and saying "oh, that's only down the road from us!"
