Heard this in London last Thursday, it sounds like Polish or Russian (or similar, to be honest I can't tell the difference) and it was strong around north west London. Seems a bit of a piss take if Rinse are coming back on, anyone got an ID for this station?

I have no heard it but if rinse don't come soon I think someone is going try their luck
