OFCOM doesn't offer radio licences at sensible rates to people wanting to operate stations. No matter how they spin it, it's bollocks.
The old chestnut about interference to NATS is also cobblers - there was even an interference complaint against Crapital Radio from NATS, and some of the mixing products from all the crap PMR stuff at Crystal Palace is the biggest cause of their interference.
