I must say over the last few years it was undoubtably one of the biggest signals across London from their location, solid signal in Woking in Surrey a fair old trek away.

Re: Project 1065
As we have said before we don’t come on this site only when we are contacted by people we know that do. Let us make something very clear again. We are not to everyone’s taste and we don’t want to be. The music policy on our station is underground dance music. We don’t expect the commercial uk garage and house fans to like it. We are well respected and supported, we have a good following in our scene which is all we want. We do this because we enjoy the music we promote and we enjoy radio. It is a hobby which means it’s not always our top priority. That said we have been around since 2011 and before that was involved in Force FM the station as you will know was on the dial before. We also ran some of the most popular stations in the past. We are not going anywhere, we will be more consistent again by the end of this month. We was the most consistent station without question until around 3 years ago but you lot clearly have short memories. Stuff like major works on our site which have taken years and problems with studios on top of personal problems have got in the way for the last 3 years. The radio world has changed a lot over the past 5 years and some of the most established stations have now gone. We will be back better than ever and our journey will continue. For those who wish to support us and support the pirate radio scene we thank you. For those who don’t well you can always listen to someone else and take your negativity with you!

Re: Project 1065
Virtually no one cares it's gone. I don't mean that in a nasty way, more factual. It is just that 7 minutes tracks of a drum loop is virtually no one's taste. I wish the station well, truly all the best with it but it has zero interest for me. I don't think I ever heard a single presenter on there.
I think the station should broaden their musical horizons. By the way what scene is there ? What clubs and pubs play that music ?
How about changing to a bit of 50's, 60's,70's 80's 90's and some world music, ambient, experimental dance based electronic. Could you imagine how cool a station like that would actually be.
These days pirates are so incredibly dull I prefer listening to more long distance local stations for small towns etc. community based, I even listen to a station that disabled people run it is great. It is fun trying to tune the weak signals in and they sound a bit amateurish and have a variety of music often tracks you have not heard for years and year.
I still wish Project well.

The dial is Glowing 88-108 , spin the wheel to light those Red LEDs , see signal needle rise.

Re: Project 1065
I second that. My only gripe i have with project is that no one mentions any tracks titles, artists, producers nor records label for the music they play. Being a Dj/producer myself i would like to know some information on the music being played so i can purchase it if i so choose to do so. At the very minimum you should at least get your djs to post up track listings somewhere if you don't want them to mention this live on air whilst doing their shows

As a record label and record distributor I'm baffled why you don't promote your own releases and labels on your own station
which seems a terrible waste of free promotion which other record labels and distributor would kill for.
Lastly are you guys gonna get back on shoutcast and start broadcasting 247 like before ?

Was picking up PLR about an hour ago, I think testing/configuring/setting up. Looks like they will be on 1065 very soon.

Re: Project 1065
They was also broadcasting live on FB for around 40 mins before ending the video feed. Yesterday was the first time I've heard a dj talk on the mic, i was actually locked on via fm when i noticed some talking going on, then i checked their FB and low and behold Jonny G was on live. I've watched a lot of PLR's live shows on FB and i have never seen this dj play before, funny thing is he's probably the best dj they have mixing wise.
