I thought Origin & Rude would easily cover East sides wouldn't they? - I don't know if these have been on recently or not as I live outside London.nrglcb2016 wrote: โSun Apr 07, 2019 11:57 am ....not much on at the mo dnb/jungle wise - kool not on. I used to get origin at one point but no longer so and rude is always on silent carrier when i lock in, and besides 88.4 is strong so cuts out 88.2 in places. Will say tho a big up to vision , playback and devine seem to be playing more jungle / dnb recently

About time! Hearing constant House, Garage, Dancehall & Slow Jams style RnB on the dial everytime I come into London does get pretty stale after a while! It's a shame this new Raw 2.0 doesn't cover London as the dial in the capital is screaming for some variety.
I'd imagine a station like Kool aren't too bothered about FM so much as they have such a massive following online that it probably doesn't make a dent in their listenership when they are off. As for Origin, they did have a whopper of a signal a while back which seems to have shrunk over time & Rude have been very inconsistant/non-existent over the years. It's a shame coz they're all really good listens at times & as I've said, London's dial NEEDS the variety right now - The majority of output these days is just plain boring at times! It's a plus that some of the other established stations seem to be stepping up to fly the flag a bit more for DnB/Jungle on the dial.
Another established station like Cyndicut hanging up their coax recently reinforces my points, that was a great listen at times too.
