Unidentified soca pirate 99.0 MHz

Hi all. Does anyone recognise this station please? It was recorded last night during excellent tropo to SE England:

It was playing soca when I recorded it. I don't see any references to 99.0 MHz on the pirate lists.

Not a sausage on the West Sussex coast, just weak Radio 1 (Ventnor, IOW)

White noise on 99.0 earlier today. Seems quite strong in north west London
