Definitely not and I have just picked it up and I don't know who they are yet no I'D and definitely not legal and no way would 993 be given especially for South London and the radio 1 relay is less than 10 miles from the legal select license area

RDS is "MEGA", playing deep house yesterday. Same PI code as Fresh Soundz on 93.0, radio kept switching between them.

Mega is on 91.5.
....Someone I know put 99.3 on yesterday and the RDS came up 'unique' all in lower case, and then the RDS just simply displayed '* RDS *'

Haha, now that would be pretty cool if it's actually true.
Upfront was a decent station back in the day.

....Problem always is though all these stations that what seem to come back again after many years never sound nothing like they used to back in their day.

Was it?? recollect hearing a load of speed garage and chav mcs, 993 is a poor choice of frequency, as fame alludes to, it is wiped out by widespread Radio one bleed, not just from S Londonteckniqs wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 11:00 pm

The DJ on 99.3 sounds just like someone who used to be on select I wonder if this station has been started by a few djs who didn't want to go legal?

Re: Select (99.3) licensed.
Or maybe their legal management not carry over, quite a good name for a station and the music sounds ok; although not the best frequency but could have worse & limited dial slots, could do with more power

Re: Select (99.3) licensed.
I don't know why all the stations around the radio 1 area 97.7 with the exception of 97.9 sound awful and yet the lower end of the dial between radio 2 and 4 pirates sound better or is it just because the garbage that is radio one is always so loud along with their terrible waste of licence payers money DJS it's worse than even capital extra and kiss and don't get me started on radio 1 extra
