Hi. I have collected one of these in my travels but am unsure what connections are for the Loudspeaker and Something Else?

Looks like an old Taxi 2-way radio from the 1970s. If you provide some more information (model number) or a photo of the front of the unit we might be able to Google it for you...

Model of it is mf6am reporter tecniks.
