Hello Radium! 
The last digit of those values denote the 'Decimal place' Or 'Significant figure'
For example ;
0.015 moved up two decimal places equals 1.500
0.033 moved up one decimal place equals 0.330
The zero's at the end are unnecessary as they are not 'significant'
If that makes sense?
