Sheffield. 108 fm.

It's been a couple of weeks now but there's a stereo carrier on 108 where i am and i get it at work too which is a couple of miles away and around 200 ft lower down than where i live so i know its not an i-trip.. Thursday evening it went mono and could hear what i think was Eastern European music, maybe Russian or Romanian singing. I'm sure i heard a country close to Russia mentioned. Decent audio with no over mod. It went off after 3-4 minutes and then the stereo carrier came back to life.. Anyone got any ideas! Don't know which direction the mono music came from but i think the 108 stereo is either west or east of Sheffield.. Yo! Lick88 Ave you heard this? Just a bit Strange yours going and then this popping up on 108..
