0201 is incredibly tiny, the components would be 0.254mm x 0.508mm in size! You better ask Santa for a microscope lol
Also it appears that the resistors only have a rating of 1/20 of a watt of power handling. I'd imagine half of them would smoke when it was turned on.
You would be better off with 1206 and 0805, these are easier to work with and have comparable power handling to through hole components.

There are a couple of commercial transmitter boards that use 0201 parts in some stages, but most use bigger SM or even through-hole parts just like they always did!
