Just walked into work time playing , all of a sudden musics gone and it’s now just static!!!! Woo hoo let’s hope it stays like that

I can only get raw 1075 at all times anyway so I wouldn't know?

There have been several stations in that area called "Time" - there was the original one in Thamesmead / Abbey Wood, then it was bought and relocated to Romford. Lyca Mobile bought the Romford operation because they wanted the Asian stations that were owned by the same group, and Time came as part of the deal.
It was a pretty poor station throughout its life (I believe that it has been closed down now) and had virtually no audience, poor coverage and massive expenses - it always lost money!
You have to remember - OFCOM doesn't want small, local stations to work at all. They set their rules and charge their massive charges so that it's impossible to make any profit at all - almost all of them lose huge amounts of money.
OFCOM are most of the reason that radio in the UK is so abysmally bad these days.
