Something perhaps using "gravity waves" or maybe something involving ripples of the "fabric" of the Cosrmos...
If you had, say, a "rod" 1 ly long, and was possible to push it or pull it, this movement in the form of "dots and dashes" would carry information 1 ly away instantaneously (according to our everyday "logic", although at cosmological levels such a "logic" may not apply...)
At any rate such a super-rod cannot exist, however, there may be some cosmological principle involving the very fabric of the universe that may be able to be utilise for something like that...) Or, then again, there are this quanta business that do behave or offer glimpses - at a quantic level - of a somehow instant connection to everything...
... then again there is consciousness...

I think your thinking this radiowaves travel at the speed of light, maybe they could go faster, like light they are part of the electromagnetic spectrum, they can be slowed down by going through different material but not speeded up, its governed by einstein's theory of relativity.
only thoeries exist around time travel, wormholes, warp drive, your folding space time to get to the same point, making a short cut, it's not possible for a human to travel at light speed, teleportation is also not possible. With time travel you also have the grand father paradox, you could go back in time do something that would mean you wouldn’t exist, so how could you go into the past. The best way to find an aswer , is something like a quantum computer that can do calculations that would take a human a million years.
