Heard something sounding very foreign in NW London on this frequency, does anyone know the name of this station or how long it's been going for?

In Essex I have been getting Sky on this dial from France

I think this is probably a relay of a Moldovan religious station called Micul Samaritean (which translates from Romanian to Radio Little Samaritan in English). I heard this tuning through a online Spyserver in London back in the summer. It seems an odd frequency to choose, being so close to Rinse FM on 106.8.
