Driving from North Cheshire into South Manchester last night around 8ish, picked somebody up relaying TV(?) sound on 87.7. Audio very low, but decent quality in stereo with no RDS. At first I thought it was a car TX but it wasn't disappearing. Without trying to drop anyone in it, it's pretty strong in the SE Stockport suburbs and covers about a 2 mile area. Don't think it's on at the moment, I'll have a listen again later.
