Was scanning through the Reading online SDR tuner and found this on there last night, just playing back to back Pop music with the occasional jingle inbetween about Breakaway Broadcast so maybe they need to get their wallet out and pay for their processing.
....I didn't listen very long as music's far from my cuppa tea, but certainly didn't sound like it was a live show just a back to back playlist.
Good strong signal on there too (42dB) so must be quite local to the Reading or Berkshire area.
It definitely wasn't Inspire from Luton or Radio Essex from Southend (which you will pick up on 105.1 instead when changing antenna from Vertical to Horizontal)

Interesting find.
The dial is Glowing 88-108 , spin the wheel to light those Red LEDs , see signal needle rise.

That name was transmitting dead air on 87.7 last year but on a small scale over a number of streets
