Welcome, think many of the stages are fine, the chip is obviously not a clean source, the little sma transistors are amplfiying the noise its producing passing it on. The rf output device the one with the 1971 numbers on it, is susceptible to different loading conditions so can go haywire. I had to do a lot of work on mine, in the end I ended up with 1w at the bottom end of the band, inteference across all other fm stations within 10-15 meters away, so not useable.
