encoder dekoder

i have made two differents rds dekoder from the google and i faced the same problem in RT , that does not display and displace correctly , while at the same moment it shows correct at differents modulation monitor and rds car receiver or even a mobile , any one know what could be else the problems , even this happen without any rf only encode decode , also the level is correct and the rds quality from the tda is correct , i reaaly cracked my head . you can see my recently added videos that show the text as RT on the receiver .
