@sinus do you mind to publish the 5watter pll version , as i want to etch one .if you have the file in .lay it will be good too .

Retrofitting PLL circuit to either version will be easy enough. I would use a TSA5511, pick up the output frequency inductively, and add a pair of tuning varicaps to the oscillator.
