Probably my most favourite website to date is this wide band Software Defined Radio located in the Netherlands by the University of Twente, which covers the the complete shortwave spectrum in real-time (well a couple of seconds delay by the time it reaches you).

Just wish their was another wide band SDR like this located in the UK, possible one for the 3Mtr Band too up somewhere nice and high.

Yeah there is, unfortunately there's only 1 Wide Band SDR from 0 - 30mhz.
