There a toy tho! Nicely made but a toy. If you put that next any sizable Amp it will humm like an unwashed poonarley. It is as described tho fair play to the guy. It is a high bread of the old BW board.

I was considering one but really wanted one of those Dutch driver boards off RFHead, Nuus on eBay.thewoodstarr wrote:There a toy tho! Nicely made but a toy. If you put that next any sizable Amp it will humm like an unwashed poonarley. It is as described tho fair play to the guy.
RFHead doesn't reply to PM'S here nor on eBay so it's looking like I might have to settle for one of these, though, as there's a distinct lack of drivers available for around the £50 ballpark.
Those NRG and Veronica boards are just too big, and I don't read or hear anything good about those a****f ones - besides, they're overpriced.

The PCB Wizard exciter uses a doubler so I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve here?
Competitor pehaps? I rest my case.

Nuus is a colleague of mine, he`s amps are great. I wasn't that keen on his direct frequency boards. Ask him if he has some doublers! left in stock?

Failing that we can probably sort you out. We have retired from the Game. and we only do it fun theses days.

Seriously though, he NEVER replies to PM'S here nor on eBay. I've been trying on and off for ages to get in touch with him re' these drivers.
If you can get in touch with him or source one, I'll have it mate.

As far as I know everyone I've ever spoken to has had this trouble. I think he must get so many requests for gear he can afford to be very selective... lol.

There was a 2nd hand RFHead driver listed on eBay just the other week, but when I went to put a bid in a bit before the auction ended, the listing had been taken down probably for an off list sale.
They must be quite a sought after driver!
Anyway, I'm going well OT here so will let this thread revert back on topic.

I concur.MiXiN wrote:I can 100% confirm it's a 16F628A. I was just on the phone to my pal, and he could easily read the PIC ID
Does anyone have the code for the PICs on these?
