Some builders used to make their own out of aluminium sheet by scoring the metal with a Stanley blade.

I used to get 3U enclosure for £10 each but I don't live in that country any more unfortunately.

Metal sheet bender is what you want make it any size just like the one on the picture a Veronica lid is only a sticky leather on it so yea get a metal aluminium bender or go to factory ask them to shape it for you or iron mongers

We had a sheet metal factory here in Auckland fabricate all of ours, they pre punched all the holes on CNC machines and bent to shape with a bending machine. If you can get hold of FabriWin cad software you can draw the layout, place all the holes etc... then take the files to a fabricator who has CNC machines.
