Two New York City FM pirates battle it out on 91.9Mhz

New York city is heavily populated with FM pirates, much like London.
Scanning through on Friday night I noticed a new Ragga station 'InTheStreetRadio' had popped up on 91.9FM wiping over what what would usually be a Latin pirate 'Radio Impacto2'. You can hear Impacto cut in around 30 seconds into the video.
