Was getting trance music tonight . Praying its a station with some trance on it been nothing on for ages here. No station id yet tho

I heard it last Sunday when I was in Kingscross I don't understand pirates that come on the same freuqenceys as legal London community stations and dem radio on 91.8 also but 896 is probably worse because westside community radio Ealing is bigger and closer to London than the smaller 918 Hayes fm which is only 10 watts

Westside comes from Southall, not Ealing.
Hayes FM is 20w, not 10.

I thought Hayes had a power reduction latley doesn't get beyond about 5 miles used to be able to get it in Slough 20 watts would make it the same power as asian star but 1016 gets out much further than Hayes fm in Hayes asian star is still strong so how come if Hayes has the same power it doesn't?

Hayes has a poorer, lower site. Star has a better matched aerial system, too.

Hayes might have changed their site because it definitely went out a lot further before

Intresting I can't understand why it's seems so weak doesn't even get to Langley on the west side of Hayes and yet when it started it got well to the west of Slough even when live was on 918 at the same time and before that when passion was still on I know that that dem radio thing is now on 918 but that doesn't get Hayes side either so don't know why it doesn't go far never heard a community station with a smaller range
