Hearing a station on the Reading FM DX webserver on 108.0, playing mainly well known UK garage / speed garage tunes from the late 90s in the mix, with no DJ, MC or IDs. It was in all last night and still there early this morning. There is tropo enhancement from the high pressure conditions, so it could be from anywhere really, but possibly London, Essex or Kent, as other London pirates are enhanced. Though the Northampton relay of Wk-End Radio has also been in on 87.9. Any ideas?
I have ruled out Devastation / Zircon Radio from Sussex on 108.0, as their webstream was playing hard techno last night and this morning.

Re: 108.0: unidentified UK garage pirate
Thanks for that, Techniqs. I haven't heard them for about a decade! I confirmed this for myself yesterday, as I had to drive into London along the M4 - and the RDS "UKFINEST" appeared on 108.0 on the car radio to confirm it. Signal seemed to peak around the Maidenhead junction on the way towards London, but it could well be transmitting from a long way north or south of the junction. Certainly someway out of London.
