I would imagine someone makes a clone here in uk, seen 3 different stations using this aerial. Can't see them paying $349 each time lol

There is a link to the construction thread in the first post. You would need to scale up (or down, depending how your brain works) from 30MHz to 100MHz...

Re: Dominator
Dominator is a Sigma IV, right? There used to be 2 models of this - if you're actually serious about building one of these make sure you build the 5/8 wave version which has a lower radiation angle. However, it's a pain in the arse to make the basket thing and gamma match and if it's going to get nicked I'd seriously consider making something simpler, like a 5/8 vertical or colinear with comparable gain and radiation angle but far less hassle to construct.

Re: Dominator
Yeah the Dominator is just a scaled down version of the 29ft version for 27mhz at approx 9ft long for 87-108MHz FM.
We used CB in the family back in the early 90s and had a Sigma 4 up which was working very well but we changed it to the Sirio 827 and from what they told me it made a lot of difference.
As far as I remember the Sigma 4 is a 7/8 wave and the Sirio 827 is a 5/8 wave??
